1. Where We Ship

We ship worldwide from two distribution hubs:

• Europe — dispatched from Barcelona, Spain. • Asia, MENA & Gulf — dispatched from Dubai, UAE. • Türkiye — dispatched from our domestic facility.

Your shipment automatically routes from the nearest available hub to minimize transit time and customs friction.

2. Processing Time

Orders placed before 15:00 local hub time on business days are typically processed and handed to the carrier the same day.

Orders placed after 15:00 or on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Typical delivery windows after dispatch (business days):

• Türkiye: 1–3 days • EU / Schengen: 3–5 days • United Kingdom: 4–7 days • USA & Canada: 5–8 days • GCC / MENA: 3–5 days • Asia Pacific: 5–10 days • Rest of world: 7–14 days

These are indicative ranges. Actual delivery time may vary due to customs, carrier schedules and local conditions.

4. Shipping Costs

Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and carrier selection.

We regularly run free-shipping thresholds (for example on orders above a certain total). Any active promotion is clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Discreet, Unbranded Packaging

Every shipment is sent in plain, unbranded packaging. There is no external reference to the product category, branding or contents on the box or label. Your privacy is a core part of our service.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also view the status of your orders at any time by signing in to your account.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped within the European Union from our Spain hub do not incur additional customs duties.

For international shipments outside the EU, any applicable import duties or local taxes are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

8. Delivery Attempts & Pickup

Carriers typically attempt delivery 1–3 times. If delivery fails, the parcel may be held at a local pickup point for a limited time. You are responsible for arranging pickup within that window.

If the parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, we will reach out to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

9. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. If you notice an error, contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we will do our best to update the shipment.

Once a parcel has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes. Shipments returned due to incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping fees.

10. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking has not updated for 7+ business days or your order is significantly past its estimated delivery date, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Eligible cases are resolved with a free replacement or a full refund.

11. Damaged on Arrival

If the product arrives damaged or the authenticity seal is broken, do NOT use the product. Take photos of the outer packaging and product, and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
