Returns & Refunds

Your withdrawal rights, return conditions and refund process — explained clearly and honestly.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and our Distance Sales Agreement, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, send us a written notice (email is sufficient) within the 14-day window. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must be:

• Unopened and unused. • In its original packaging. • With the authenticity seal fully intact. • Accompanied by the order number or a copy of the invoice.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16) and for hygiene and safety reasons, the following are NOT eligible for return:

• Products whose sealed packaging has been opened. • Products that have been used, even partially. • Products without the original authenticity seal. • Customized, personalized or made-to-order items.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return: 1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. 2. We will respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions. 3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

Returns sent without a prior RA may be refused or delayed.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is caused by our error (wrong item, defective product, damaged in transit), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service.

If the return is our responsibility, we will cover the return shipping and arrange pickup where possible.

6. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your return, our team inspects it within 3 business days. We will notify you by email whether the return has been approved.

If rejected (for example due to a broken seal), we will return the product to you at your expense or, with your authorization, dispose of it responsibly.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of the return being accepted.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

8. Partial Refunds

In some cases we may offer a partial refund, for example when the product has been returned with minor damage to outer packaging but the seal is intact. The exact amount will always be agreed with you in writing before we process the refund.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered, do NOT dispose of the package. Take clear photos of both the outer packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Confirmed cases are resolved at no cost to you with either a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping fees.

10. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
