Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Original Sadrazam Power ("Seller"), operating its European distribution from Barcelona, Spain, and the customer ("Buyer") placing an order through our website.

By completing a purchase on our website, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set out in this Agreement, which they have read prior to confirming the order.

The subject matter of this Agreement covers the sale and delivery of the product(s) selected by the Buyer, the total price, the payment method, the delivery conditions, and the Buyer's rights and obligations in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Product name, specifications, composition and visual representation are provided on each product page. The total sale price including VAT and any applicable shipping fee is displayed before the order is confirmed.

Prices are quoted in the currency displayed at checkout (default EUR). Prices are valid at the time of order confirmation.

The Buyer may pay via credit card, debit card, or any other payment method offered at checkout. All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant providers.

Orders are only fulfilled once full payment has been received and verified. The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or failed payment verification.

Orders are shipped from our European hub (Spain) or our Asian hub (Dubai), depending on the destination. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days from the date of shipment confirmation.

All shipments are packaged in neutral, unbranded packaging for Buyer privacy. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond the Seller's reasonable control.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason, provided that:

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. • The authenticity seal has not been broken. • The Buyer notifies the Seller in writing (via email) within the 14-day period.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method originally used by the Buyer.

In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16), the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

• Products whose sealed packaging has been opened after delivery, as these items cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons. • Customized or personalized products. • Products that have been used or consumed, even partially.

Every product is produced in Ministry of Agriculture-approved facilities in Turkey under strict quality controls. Each unit carries a unique authenticity code that may be verified on our Verify page.

If a product is received damaged, defective, or not matching the order, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 48 hours of receipt, providing photographic evidence. A full replacement or refund will be arranged at no cost to the Buyer.

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement due to events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Spain and the applicable European Union consumer protection regulations. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.

This Agreement is deemed to have entered into effect at the moment the Buyer confirms the order and completes the payment.
